Our Fourth Annual Scholarships for
Local Women

Congratulations to  Shelley Wolf and Karissa Wasko, our 2011-2012 scholarship winners,
pictured here with BPW/Jupiter Education Chair Lynne Spears on the left.
Both have just graduated from Jupiter High School and joined BPW/Jupiter so we will see them this year when their schedules allow. 

 Karissa is pursuing a career in nursing and will be attending Florida State in the fall.

Shelly is pursuing a career as a teacher in studying elementary education at University of Florida.

We wish them well in their studies!

Update on Emily: Emily will be graduating this spring with a broadcasting journalism major from UCF. She has interned at the local TV station, worked a parttime job writing and interviewing for newscasts and website, continues her extensive community and church service and is President of UCF's chapter of the Radio-Television Digital News Association. We are glad we could help Emily in her education and profession! Well done, Emily!

We currently award two $1500 scholarships:
for residents of Jupiter, Tequesta and Juno Beach
from the ages of 17-62.

The deadline for the 2012-2013 year will be March 31, 2012.
